Michael Fallon – Senior Global Security Lead, East Coast (U.S. & Canada)

Michael Fallon is a security executive based in Hartford, Connecticut, currently serving as Senior Global Security Lead for the East Coast (United States & Canada) at a global ride-sharing and delivery platform. In this role, he leads regional security strategy and execution, protecting people, assets, and operations across a complex and fast-paced environment. He oversees multi-site security operations, including incident response, threat management, contract security services, and physical security systems such as access control and CCTV. Partnering with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and law enforcement agencies, he drives data-informed risk mitigation strategies while promoting a culture of safety, resilience, and operational excellence.

Previously, Mr. Fallon served as a senior manager with UnitedHealth Group (UHG) Global Security, where he worked closely with employee relations and global crisis management teams to ensure effective security operations across the Northeast and Tri-State regions. He collaborated with corporate leaders to assess risk, develop strategic solutions, and integrate advanced metrics and analytics into security decision-making, while also responding to critical incidents and strengthening organizational preparedness.

Mr. Fallon earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven and completed an internship with the Drug Enforcement Administration, where he gained exposure to federal law enforcement operations and investigative processes. His professional background also includes serving as director of safety and security at Asphalt Green, where he managed fire life safety and physical security across three New York City campuses, including Manhattan’s only full-size soccer field and Olympic-size swimming pool, as well as Brooklyn’s Major Owens Community Center.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Fallon served as a police officer for the City of Hartford, Connecticut. In recognition of his bravery, he was awarded the Medal of Valor for his response to an incident in December 2018. Outside of his professional work, he is a longtime New York Yankees fan and enjoys spending time with his dogs and riding motorcycles.
